Acenta Group AB has entered a five-year exclusive partnership with Court Culture Pty Ltd to expand its padel court offerings in Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania. The agreement grants Court Culture rights to sell, resell, and distribute padel products while operating regional tournaments. The deal targets the resale of at least 300 courts over the period.
Acenta Group AB, through its subsidiary Acenta Equity Partners AB, announced a five-year exclusive partnership agent agreement with Australian firm Court Culture Pty Ltd. This covers Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, granting Court Culture exclusive rights to represent and commercialize Acenta Group's padel court offerings. These include resale and rent-to-buy models, as well as distribution of products through Sport of Padel and Peliga. Court Culture will also operate and manage the Acenta Padel Tour in the region under a royalty structure.
The partnership sets a long-term target for Court Culture to purchase and resell a minimum of 300 padel courts over the five years, with actual volumes depending on market development and demand. There is an option to extend the agreement for another five years if performance milestones are met. Revenues for Acenta Group will come from court sales and deliveries for resale and rent-to-buy programs, product distribution, and royalties from tour operations. Installation services will be handled locally by Court Culture, and the deal includes support for rent-to-buy financing through joint sourcing of a licensed provider.
This agreement builds on Acenta Group's prior expansion of exclusive NXPadel distribution and installation rights in the same region, aiming to enhance infrastructure and offerings in high-growth markets. "This agreement is a major strategic step for Acenta Group and strengthens our ability to scale not only padel court infrastructure, but also our broader ecosystem across products and branded concepts - including Sport of Padel, Peliga and Acenta Padel Tour," said Håkan Tollefsen, CEO of Acenta Group AB. "By partnering with Court Culture, we combine Acenta Group's international infrastructure expertise with strong local market knowledge and execution capacity. We see exceptional long-term potential in the region."
Andrew Blake, Director at Court Culture Pty Ltd, added: "Australia, New Zealand and Oceania are markets where active lifestyle and participation are deeply rooted. Through our exclusive partnership with Acenta, we can provide a turnkey, one-stop solution that makes it easier for clubs, hotels, universities and schools to establish world-class padel facilities."
Court Culture focuses on developing, marketing, and operating sport-related projects in the region. Acenta Group, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under ticker PADEL, positions itself as a global sport-tech platform for padel.
