Adidas to re-release Harden Vol. 1 sneaker

Adidas Basketball will bring back the original Harden Vol. 1 sneaker on August 1, 2026. The release marks the model's 10th anniversary and its first retro edition.

The sneaker originally launched in December 2016. It features full-length Boost cushioning, a premium leather upper, and a low-cut design that defined James Harden's signature line.

The first colorway returning is the Core Black/Scarlet/Footwear White edition. It matches the launch pair that introduced the franchise nearly a decade ago.

The announcement follows the sneaker's appearance in Adidas's recent “Take On Summer” campaign in China. The Harden Vol. 1 will retail for $140, the same price as its original release.
