AEW books Ospreay vs. Davis for Dynamite this Wednesday

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has announced a one-on-one match between Will Ospreay and Mark Davis for the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite. The bout stems from Davis brutalizing his former friend and tag partner Ospreay on behalf of The Don Callis Family. The live event airs coast-to-coast at 8 p.m. ET, 7 p.m. CT, and 5 p.m. PT on TBS and HBO Max.

AEW revealed the matchup in a promotional post on Sunday evening, setting the stage for heightened tension on Dynamite. Ospreay, a high-flying star, will face Davis, known online as Dunkzilla Davis, after the latter turned on him in a shocking betrayal aligned with The Don Callis Family stable. AEW described the incident as Davis 'brutalizing his former friend and partner Will Ospreay.'
