During the keynote presentation at Monday's WWDC, Apple previewed the next version of macOS. The official name of the Mac’s operating system is macOS 27 Golden Gate, keeping the California naming scheme around. The update fixes inconsistent corner radii across windows and apps, an issue that appeared in macOS Tahoe. Stacey Ford, VP of OS Program Management, said during the keynote that attention to detail has always been core to Apple's DNA. macOS Golden Gate won't be released until September. A public beta is scheduled for July.
