The Fashion Leaders Breakfast, titled 'Less is more - how to drive more sales with less inventory,' is scheduled for November 25 at Hide, a Michelin-starred restaurant located at 85 Piccadilly in London's Mayfair. Organized by TheIndustry.fashion, the invite-only event targets senior executives to tackle key retail issues amid fluctuating markets.

The agenda includes sessions on lessons from peak trading periods, inventory pain points and alleviation methods, optimal stock allocation, in-season agility for responding to trading conditions, growth opportunities in emerging markets and channels, and profitable handling of returns and unsold stock.
