Der 29-Jährige verbrachte die vergangenen zwei Saisons in Pittsburgh und erzielte dabei 14 Passfänge für 131 Yards ohne Touchdown, wobei er hauptsächlich als Ersatzspieler zum Einsatz kam. Miller kam 2019 als Sechstrunden-Draftpick der Tampa Bay Buccaneers in die Liga und erreichte seine besten Statistiken im Jahr 2020 mit 33 gefangenen Pässen für 501 Yards und drei Touchdowns in der Saison, in der das Team den Super Bowl gewann.
