MachineGames has released Update 7 for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, introducing a new Pankot Palace outfit inspired by the Temple of Doom film. The update also includes several bug fixes to improve audio, documentation, and gameplay stability. An additional outfit is promised in a future patch.
New Outfit Addition
The latest update for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle brings a free cosmetic item: the Pankot Palace outfit. This ensemble recreates Indy's formal dinner attire from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, complete with round spectacles and a bowtie. Players can equip it via the 'Outfit' tab in the Options menu, where it will apply whenever Indy is not in a disguise or required special outfit, such as those in Marshall College or Nepal levels. Pre-order and premium upgrade outfits remain accessible in the same tab.
MachineGames has teased another new outfit for a forthcoming update, keeping fans anticipating further nods to the franchise's iconic moments.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Alongside the cosmetic addition, Update 7 addresses several technical issues. In the main game, voice-over balance has been adjusted in certain scenes for better audibility. Incorrect manual entries regarding alternative outfits and whips have been corrected. On Xbox Series X/S, a power-saving mode glitch that interrupted videos has been fixed.
For The Order of Giants DLC, a progression bug where the 'A Mystery Begins' fieldwork name failed to display properly in the Journal—after passing the Vatican—has been resolved.
This patch builds on earlier enhancements, such as the New Game+ mode added earlier in 2025, which carries over progress like Adventure Books, points, currency, and Medicine Bottles.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, developed by MachineGames, launched on December 9, 2024, for PC and Xbox Series X/S, with PlayStation 5 following on April 17, 2025, and a Nintendo Switch 2 version slated for 2026.
