Kenta teases WWE-experienced challenger for NOAH heavyweight title

At Pro Wrestling NOAH's Apex Conquest event on March 8, Yoshiki Inamura retained the GHC Heavyweight Championship against Kenoh. Following the match, KENTA confronted Inamura and announced an upcoming challenger with WWE experience as a new member of the White Raven Sqwad faction. Yoshitatsu appeared but was dismissed by KENTA, who later highlighted a recommendation for Alpha Wolf as the next contender.

Pro Wrestling NOAH hosted its Apex Conquest event on March 8, where Yoshiki Inamura successfully defended the GHC Heavyweight Championship in the main event against Kenoh. Inamura, who previously defeated KENTA to win the title, retained it in this bout.

Post-match, KENTA, a member of the newly formed White Raven Sqwad faction in NOAH, approached Inamura in the ring. KENTA stated he was bringing someone to challenge for the GHC Heavyweight Title, specifying that the individual has experience in WWE and would join White Raven Sqwad as a new member.

As KENTA spoke, former WWE talent and Team 2000X member Yoshitatsu entered the ring. KENTA immediately rejected him, saying in Japanese, 'ちがう。今日は俺の話じゃないんだよ。WWEのエクスペリエンスを持つ、そして、White Raven Sqwadの新メンバーを…' which translates to indicating it was not about Yoshitatsu. He then added, 'ちがう、ちがう!お前の話じゃない!勘違いしちゃうから帰って!' urging Yoshitatsu to leave to avoid misunderstanding.

A tweet from PRO WRESTLING NOAH highlighted Yoshitatsu's recommendation of Alpha Wolf as the next GHC Heavyweight challenger. NOAH maintains a working relationship with WWE, evidenced by Ulka Sasaki's recent excursion to WWE NXT and Inamura's own year-long stint in NXT before returning to NOAH.

This confrontation sets the stage for the next title defense, blending NOAH's storyline with cross-promotional ties to WWE.
