Security footage cited by TMZ shows Lil Tjay exiting his vehicle, identifying Offset, and directing his group to fight while recording on his phone. One associate allegedly fired the shot in the valet area around 7:22 PM ET. Lil Tjay was arrested for disorderly conduct and released the next day.
