Rocket Punch disbands without releasing Korean full album

Woollim Entertainment's girl group Rocket Punch has disbanded after failing to release a full Korean album during its career.

The group debuted in 2019 with its first mini album and continued releasing single albums and mini albums through 2021. It made its Japanese debut that year and switched to Korean single albums starting with Flash in 2022.

Several members appeared on the 2023 program Queendom Puzzle, where Yeonhee joined the winning group EL7Z UP. The most recent release was the single Boom, and the group issued only one full album in Japan titled Doki Doki Love.

Woollim Entertainment effectively disbanded Rocket Punch in December 2024, ending fans' hopes for a Korean full album.
