Sonesta opens Americas Best Value Inn in Tomball, Texas

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Tomball Grand Parkway, a 46-room economy hotel in Tomball, Texas. This marks the brand's first new build, completed in just 7.5 months. The hotel is operated by local entrepreneurs under Sonesta's franchising framework.

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Tomball Grand Parkway, located in Tomball, Texas. The 46-room economy hotel represents Sonesta's first new construction project under the Americas Best Value Inn brand, with construction and opening achieved in 7.5 months.

Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s executive vice president and president of franchise and development, highlighted the project's efficiency. “Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Tomball Grand Parkway is Sonesta’s first new build under the brand, completing construction and opening in just 7.5 months,” Pierce said. He added, “The owners and operators of ABVIS Tomball Grand Parkway also own another Americas Best Value Inn in greater Houston, highlighting Sonesta’s owner retention and the appeal of our fast, friendly, and flexible franchising framework.”

The co-owner, Pete Patel, who also owns Americas Best Value Inn Houston Heights, emphasized the brand's support for independent operators. “ABVI is the perfect choice for owners who value independence. Sonesta provides the tools to run your business so you can focus on your guests and product to stay clean and consistent,” Patel stated. He continued, “That doesn’t stop now that the hotel is open. Sonesta’s support will continue, including access to training programs, operational assistance, and a vast network of resources to help us succeed.”

Americas Best Value Inn operates nearly 500 hotels across the United States, with a majority in secondary and tertiary markets. As a fully franchised brand, each property is managed by local entrepreneurs.
