Visby Roma bemüht sich im Rahmen der Vorbereitungen auf eine Rückkehr in die Hockeyallsvenskan aktiv um den Stürmer Carl Jakobsson von Västerås. Der Verein treibt zudem die Pläne zur Renovierung seiner Heimarena voran.

Sportchef André Lundholm bestätigte, dass Visby Roma den Agenten von Jakobsson bezüglich eines möglichen Wechsels kontaktiert hat. Der 25-jährige Stürmer steht nach einer starken Saison in der Hockeyallsvenskan noch für ein weiteres Jahr bei Västerås unter Vertrag. Lundholm merkte an, dass die Situation ohne den bestehenden Vertrag anders wäre, sagte aber, dass der Verein sich jederzeit nach verfügbaren Spielern erkundigen könne.
