JR East suspended services on the JR Yamanote Line's inner and outer loops around 8 p.m. on Friday due to an accident on the Saikyo Line. Operations resumed approximately 55 minutes later at around 8:55 p.m. The interruption stemmed from the incident on the parallel Saikyo Line, according to JR East.
