Biography, a subsidiary of El Attal Holding, reported notable progress on the '101' residential project in Mostakbal City following a media site visit. Construction and foundation works have exceeded 20% completion over four months, with infrastructure handled by The Arab Contractors for structural and utility elements.

The project spans 101 feddans (about 424,200 square metres), allocating just 18% to buildings and the rest to open spaces, landscapes, and water features. It includes apartments, villas, commercial and administrative areas, plus sports facilities, social amenities, pedestrian and cycling paths, and a central clubhouse, emphasizing low density and privacy.

Ahmed El Attal stated the company is committed to timelines and client expectations, noting execution progress as a key market credibility indicator. Sherif Saleh credited the pace to strong stakeholder coordination and adherence to technical and safety standards.

The development reflects momentum in Egypt's real estate sector, where developers prioritize delivery amid competition in new cities like Mostakbal City.
