Blancpain launches 47mm Fifty Fathoms Tech dive watch

Blancpain has introduced its fourth high-end dive instrument, the 47mm Fifty Fathoms Tech. The new model updates the 2023 Tech Gombessa with a date window and clearer dial design.

The watch features a Grade 23 titanium case with a helium valve and a 300m depth rating. It includes a distinctive three-hour bezel and hand designed for technical divers using closed-circuit rebreathers.

Blancpain equips the timepiece with its in-house caliber 13P5A, which offers a 120-hour power reserve. The “absolute black” dial absorbs up to 97 percent of light, with blue Super-LumiNova for dive indications and green for standard time.

An interchangeable strap system allows tool-free changes, and the watch ships on an orange rubber strap. It comes in a Blancpain-branded Peli case and carries a price of €24,350, US$27,200 or CHF 20,500.

The launch continues Blancpain’s Ocean Commitment program, which supports marine conservation projects including shark and ray monitoring.
