The eGovPH Super App now lets motorists check and settle traffic violations under the No Contact Apprehension Policy following its July 9 launch by the MMDA and DICT.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the Department of Information and Communications Technology introduced the feature on July 9. Motorists can register vehicles in the app using their Land Transportation Office Certificate of Registration and other details to view violation records that include date, time, location, fine amount, and reference number.
Users may pay penalties online via bank transfers, e-wallets, or cards, with status updates appearing automatically after successful transactions. They can also contest offenses by scanning a QR code provided in the app.
The app has recorded over 60 million downloads and 955 million transactions as of July. Officials noted that all transactions receive 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and encrypted data transmission to protect personal information.
Before the app integration, violation notices arrived via SMS and email, and records were also available on the May Huli Ka website since 2025.
