Jeff Daniels joins Brendan Fraser in Starman sci-fi film

Jeff Daniels will star opposite Brendan Fraser in the upcoming sci-fi thriller Starman. The two-time Emmy winner joins the project as Ed Watkins, co-leader of a company with Fraser's character Tom Adams.

Daniels portrays Ed Watkins, the protective co-leader of a company he built with visionary technologist Tom Adams. Adams launches a historic expedition to Mars but becomes stranded millions of miles from Earth in a race against time driven by love.
