Leatt, known for its 2001 neck brace innovation that advanced off-road safety, entered the adventure riding apparel market in 2024. The 2025 ADV Rally 5.5 system targets enduro-style adventures, using 4-way stretch materials with a PFC-free Durable Water Repellent coating for water resistance and breathability, unlike fully waterproof options like GoreTex.
The jacket features CE Level A panels on shoulders and elbows for durability. Its X-Flow mesh inner liner includes CE Level 1 3DF armor for back, shoulders, and elbows, with space for optional CE Level 2 chest armor; the entire liner is removable for custom setups, such as armored jerseys. It integrates with Leatt's neck brace via pass-through ports.
