Yeferson Ramos Méndez was shot dead during a fight at a rural establishment in Saladoblanco, Huila, in the early hours of June 28.
The homicide occurred around 3:00 a.m. in the Gramalote rural area, inside the Invictus establishment. According to initial accounts, an argument among attendees escalated into a brawl and one of those involved shot Ramos Méndez.
National Police arrived at the scene after receiving alerts from neighbors. Officials from the Technical Investigation Corps carried out the corpse inspection and collected material evidence.
The body was taken to Legal Medicine for the autopsy. Authorities continue gathering testimonies to identify the person responsible and clarify the origin of the confrontation.
