Saturday Night Live cast member Marcello Hernández appeared on stage during Rosalía's Lux Tour show at Madison Square Garden. The comedian shared a personal story from a decade ago as part of the singer's confession segment. The appearance took place on the second night of the tour stop.
Rosalía invited Hernández to the stage and urged him to speak candidly in either Spanish or English. She stressed the importance of telling the truth during the segment.
Hernández recounted inviting a woman to dinner on Valentine's Day when he was 18 or 19. He described cooking from a YouTube tutorial, setting a formal table, and purchasing two bottles of wine using a fake ID before drinking one while on FaceTime with his mother after the date ran late.
Rosalía has featured similar confessions from other guests on the tour, including Maggie Rogers earlier in the week. Additional participants have included Cara Delevingne, Aitana, Lola Young, Bad Gyal, and Kika Navazreth.
Rosalía released her album Lux last fall. The tour continues across the United States in June and early July before moving to South America and concluding in September in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
