Ressa Rizky Rosano, a man from Banyuwangi, has revealed his experience working as the personal driver for the late Emilia Contessa, mother of singer Denada, during political campaigns. This disclosure comes amid a civil lawsuit he filed against Denada, aiming to counter accusations of seeking publicity. He insists he has never received financial support from Denada throughout his life.
The name Ressa Rizky Rosano has once again drawn public attention amid the ongoing civil lawsuit he filed against singer Denada. The man from Banyuwangi, East Java, is opening up about his life story, including his struggles to survive since his teenage years without support from the woman alleged to be his biological mother.
Ressa claims he worked as the personal driver for Emilia Contessa, Denada's late mother, during her political campaign activities. "During the campaigns back then, I was Bunda Emilia's driver. I was often ordered around with Mama just to get paid," Ressa revealed in a recent Zoom press conference. He performed the job professionally and received a monthly salary of Rp2.5 million.
This admission aims to address netizens' accusations that he is merely seeking sensation by leveraging Denada's fame. Since graduating high school, Ressa has been independent, taking on various odd jobs to meet daily needs. For over two decades, he has received no financial assistance from Denada. "As far as I know, what I felt, I never received anything from Mbak Denada. All my living expenses came from Papa and Mama (foster parents) who raised me from childhood," he asserted.
Ressa dismisses notions of chasing popularity. "I don't need that (pansos). I'm not seeking the spotlight, but this is the reality of life I have to go through," he said. His lawyer, Ronald Armada, explained that Ressa only seriously pursued his origins after Emilia Contessa's death. "Actually, he had heard the rumors for quite a while, but he only sought the truth and verified it after Mrs. Emilia passed away," Ronald stated.
The legal process continues, with Ressa emphasizing that his revelations are based on real-life facts, not an attempt to gain attention.
