Acting National Police Commissioner Puleng Dimpane has ordered nationwide police operations to track suspects in multiple high-profile crimes across South Africa.
Lieutenant General Puleng Dimpane stated that the country's fight against crime is far from over. She directed officers to focus on intelligence-led operations to apprehend those involved in recent serious incidents.
The cases under active investigation include an armed robbery at the home of former Cabinet minister Naledi Pandor, the killing of seven people in Khayamandi, Stellenbosch, and the murder of a couple in the Pafuri section of Kruger National Park. The couple's vehicle is still missing.
