Taylor Swift made acoustic and piano versions of her new song for Toy Story 5 available on Sunday. The tracks can be downloaded or purchased individually.
The 36-year-old singer announced the releases via her Instagram Story. Links to the versions were shared on Apple Music, and each track is available for 99 cents through her website. The original studio version of “I Knew It, I Knew You” came out on Friday. It is set to appear on the Toy Story 5 soundtrack, which arrives on June 19 alongside the film’s theatrical release. Swift wrote the song from the perspective of Jessie the cowgirl. She described the experience on X as both a departure and a return, noting her long connection to the Toy Story franchise. Director Andrew Stanton praised the collaboration. The film features returning voices from Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack.
