Forecasts from SMHI and Klart show sun and high temperatures in southern Sweden during the Midsummer weekend.
The weather forecast for Midsummer has been updated with warmer air moving in earlier than expected. Temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees are predicted on Midsummer Day in several parts of Götaland.
In Lönneberga in Småland, it could locally reach up to 27 to 28 degrees if the sun dominates. Värmland is also expected to see sun and 20 to 23 degrees.
– On Midsummer Day we expect 25 to 30 degrees, says SMHI meteorologist Max Lindberg Stoltz.
Meteorologist Lasse Rydqvist from Klart notes that there are still a few days left and that details can change quickly. More clouds and showers are expected in Norrland.
