Agent Alex Rincon has transitioned from UTA to TFC Management after more than a decade in literary representation. The move positions him to advocate for filmmakers, writers, and actors in a new capacity. TFC founders praised his dedication and fit with their company culture.

Alex Rincon, a literary agent known for representing a diverse roster of acclaimed and emerging talent, has left United Talent Agency (UTA) to join TFC Management. Rincon spent over ten years at UTA, where he worked with clients including Seth Reiss, Emerald Fennell, David Mackenzie, Brian Duffield, Will Gluck, Hannah Marks, Alec Berg, James Sweeney, Lance Oppenheim, James Bobin, Alex Richanbach, Colby Day, Simon Farnaby, Dan Perrault, Kurt Jonstad, Jordan Weiss, Chris Pratt, and Archie Madekwe.

A South Florida native, Rincon began his career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) after graduating from Emory University with a BBA, having also studied film, music, and history. In a statement, TFC founders Ben Jacobson and David Stone welcomed him, saying, “Alex is an incredible advocate for his clients and we’re so thrilled to welcome him to TFC. He has a deep understanding of his artists and has worked tirelessly to create opportunities for them to do their best work. His diligence, dedication, and enthusiasm all make for a perfect fit with the TFC culture.”

Rincon expressed enthusiasm for the pivot, stating, “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining TFC. Ben, David, and the whole team have built something truly special—an incredible company designed for exactly what I love doing most: supporting unique and ambitious storytellers. At this dynamic moment in the industry, thoughtful, creative, and principled guidance has never been more important. I am deeply grateful for my long career at UTA and look forward to continuing to work with my many friends there.”

TFC Management and TFC Productions were founded in 2020 by former WME and UTA partners Stone and Jacobson. The company's clients include on-camera talent such as Dakota and Elle Fanning, Shira Haas, Daniel Ing, JD Pardo, and Josh Hutcherson, as well as creators like Warren Littlefield, Brian Yorkey, Megan Park, Adam Reed, Akiva Goldsman, Courtney Lilly, Josh and Jonas Pate, and Rebecca Serle. On the production side, TFC is behind the A24/Apple series Margo’s Got Money Troubles, created by David E. Kelley and starring Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Nicole Kidman. They are also producing Bobby Farrelly’s comedy Driver’s Ed, featuring Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani, and Sam Nivola, which premiered at the previous year's Toronto Film Festival.
