A South Florida native, Rincon began his career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) after graduating from Emory University with a BBA, having also studied film, music, and history. In a statement, TFC founders Ben Jacobson and David Stone welcomed him, saying, “Alex is an incredible advocate for his clients and we’re so thrilled to welcome him to TFC. He has a deep understanding of his artists and has worked tirelessly to create opportunities for them to do their best work. His diligence, dedication, and enthusiasm all make for a perfect fit with the TFC culture.”

Ben, David, and the whole team have built something truly special—an incredible company designed for exactly what I love doing most: supporting unique and ambitious storytellers. At this dynamic moment in the industry, thoughtful, creative, and principled guidance has never been more important. I am deeply grateful for my long career at UTA and look forward to continuing to work with my many friends there.”
