Arsenal have signed Greece international Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge for around £34 million. The 24-year-old winger joins on a long-term deal and becomes the club's third summer signing.
Tzolis arrives to fill the left-wing position left vacant by Leandro Trossard’s departure to Besiktas. He enjoyed a strong 2025/26 season with Brugge, recording 17 goals and 23 assists while helping the team win the Belgian Pro League title.
The player expressed excitement about the move in comments to Arsenal.com. “It’s absolutely amazing to sign for such a big club – the champions of England,” he said. He also noted a positive hour-long conversation with manager Mikel Arteta about the club and team plans.
Arsenal’s next fixtures include the Community Shield against Manchester City on August 16 and the Premier League opener against Coventry City five days later. Tzolis said his targets are to settle quickly, secure regular playing time and win titles.
