Audi has revealed its official 2026 Formula 1 team kit, marking the first such apparel since acquiring the Sauber team. The monochromatic design, created with adidas, features subtle red accents and is tailored for drivers, staff, and fans. The full collection will debut at a launch event in Berlin on January 20.
Audi's entry into Formula 1 takes a stylish step forward with the unveiling of its 2026 team kit, the first since the German automaker's takeover of the Sauber team. Set to rebrand and join the grid in 2026, the Audi Revolut Formula 1 Team has partnered with Revolut as title sponsor and adidas as apparel provider. The kit introduces a monochromatic palette inspired by Audi's road car branding, emphasizing power and precision through greyscale hues with subtle red accents.
Drivers Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto will don collarless jerseys featuring adidas' signature three stripes on the shoulders, along with red line highlights on the sleeves and inner neckline. Mechanics' outfits draw from utility black, charcoal, and graphite colors, incorporating adidas' CLIMACOOL technology for temperature regulation and practical features like expanded pocket space via strategic zippers. Engineers will wear close-to-the-body tees paired with oversized puffers and jackets, all unified by the red detailing.
Footwear includes bespoke ADIZERO EVO SL shoes in a red and grey palette, offering lightweight comfort with a Lightstrike Pro midsole. The collection, comprising around 160 pieces, extends to fans and will be available for purchase starting February 19 at adidas.com/motorsport, audif1.com, and select adidas retailers.
Michael Batz, motorsport category general manager at adidas, expressed enthusiasm: "We are excited to officially mark the start of our journey with Audi Revolut Formula 1 Team, through a full teamwear collection which features adidas’ signature design and best in class technology at the forefront."
Hulkenberg highlighted the significance: "The first time representing two leading icons on the track. Wearing the three stripes next to the four rings is a huge moment, and I'm excited to put on the jersey that has been built with precision... meaning it delivers style, functionality and hopefully a lot of speed."
Bortoleto added: "Working with adidas is an incredible opportunity for our team... Knowing our kit has been crafted with careful thought and tailored to what we require, makes that first moment that I get to wear it... even more special."
The complete range will be showcased at the team's launch event in Berlin on January 20, signaling Audi's new identity in the sport.
