Avianca launches Magno, its new Elite status in LifeMiles

Avianca unveiled Magno today, the highest tier of its Elite program via LifeMiles, to reward its most loyal members with personalized benefits.

The Colombian airline announced the new status as part of LifeMiles' 15th anniversary. Jaime Manso, senior vice president of Loyalty and LifeMiles, said Magno recognizes the most loyal travelers with an integrated experience. The LifeMiles program has more than 16 million users in the region and operates in over 11 countries. Magno members will receive upgrades to Business Class on routes in the Americas, unlimited VIP lounge access and personalized service at Bogotá's El Dorado Airport. Additional perks include free seat selection, complimentary extra baggage and a 100 percent Elite bonus to earn miles. The initiative aims to strengthen ties with frequent customers.
