Borlängeläinen Occrasy-yhtye tekee läpimurron esikoisalbumillaan

Kahdessa vuodessa borlängeläinen rockbändi Occrasy on edennyt cover-kappaleista Sweden Rock -festivaalille. Nyt yhtye julkaisee ylistetyn esikoisalbuminsa Good to go.

Yhtye soitti ensimmäisen keikkansa vuonna 2024 Imagine-musiikkikilpailussa. He aloittivat Mando Diaon cover-kappaleilla, mutta tähtäsivät jo silloin vuoden 2026 Sweden Rock -festivaalille.

Kitaristi Dexter Swärd kertoo kehityksen olleen nopeaa, mutta se on ollut tavoitteenakin. Esikoisalbumi Good to go on 36 minuuttia pitkä, ja arvostelija Per Sinding-Larsen antoi sille neljä tähteä viidestä.

Edessä on nyt esiintyminen Sweden Rockissa sekä myöhempi kiertue Saksassa. Julkaisujuhlat järjestettiin Borlängessä.
