The change ends a popular dining hack where guests booked easier reservations there for the same menu as at Liberty Tree Tavern. Jessie's Roundup will feature characters like Woody and Jessie from May 26 through September 28 as part of Cool Kids’ Summer 2026.
Visitors to Magic Kingdom have long used The Diamond Horseshoe as an alternative to the busier Liberty Tree Tavern. Both restaurants in Liberty Square offer the same menu of classic American dishes, resembling a Thanksgiving feast year-round, including the popular Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake. The Diamond Horseshoe, with its Wild West saloon theme, has provided an easier option for reservations despite serving identical unlimited portions of holiday favorites with Disney flair.
