Hive Digital Technologies has officially entered Colombia's capital market by listing on the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, becoming the first company with Bitcoin and AI infrastructure to do so in the country. This move diversifies its presence in Latin America and bolsters investment options in emerging sectors. The BVC's general manager hailed the company's arrival as a technological milestone.

Hive Digital Technologies announced its new listing on the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC), marking progress in its expansion across Latin American capital markets. The company, recognized for its focus on Bitcoin mining and large-scale data infrastructure, positions itself as a pioneer in Colombia, a nation solidifying its role as a regional tech hub.

The announcement states that this entry into the Mercado Global Colombiano brings the total to 115 available securities, including international stocks and ETFs. This reaffirms the BVC's commitment to linking local investors with global opportunities in key sectors.

Andrés Restrepo Montoya, the BVC's general manager, stated: “For the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, it is an honor to welcome an international company that combines Bitcoin mining and large-scale data infrastructure, which has become a benchmark in global technological evolution.”

Hive emphasizes that this milestone enhances its visibility among investors seeking exposure to sustainable high-performance computing, Bitcoin mining, and AI infrastructure. Montoya added: “With its arrival in the Mercado Global Colombiano, we reach 115 available securities between international stocks and ETFs, reaffirming our commitment to bring local investors closer to investment opportunities in the world's leading sectors.
