Ludvig Rensfeldt siirtyy Stavanger Oilersiin yksivuotisella sopimuksella

Ludvig Rensfeldt on allekirjoittanut yksivuotisen sopimuksen Norjan liigassa pelaavan Stavanger Oilersin kanssa. 34-vuotias hyökkääjä jättää Djurgårdenin vietettyään seurassa viisi kautta.

Brynäsissä kasvanut Rensfeldt on pelannut koko aikuisiän uransa Ruotsissa yhtä OHL-liigassa vietettyä juniorikautta lukuun ottamatta. Hän on pelannut 422 SHL-ottelua Brynäsin, Röglen, Timrån, Örebron ja Djurgårdenin riveissä kerryttäen 178 tehopistettä. Stavanger Oilers tiedotti sopimuksesta verkkosivuillaan keskiviikkona. Rensfeldt liittyy norjalaisseurassa ruotsalaisjoukkuekavereidensa Mattias Nörstebön, Linus Petterssonin ja Mathias Trettenesin seuraan. Siirto on Rensfeldtin ensimmäinen ammattilaispesti Ruotsin ulkopuolella. Hän on pelannut aiemmin myös HockeyAllsvenskanissa BIK Karlskogan, Malmön ja Djurgårdenin joukkueissa.
