Madaar Developments launches The Hillage in Sheikh Zayed with over EGP 15bn investment

Madaar Developments has launched its latest residential project, The Hillage, in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, with investments exceeding EGP 15bn, marking one of the area's final prime land opportunities. Spanning 100 feddans, the project dedicates 86% of its area to green spaces and pedestrian zones, creating a car-free environment.

Madaar Developments has officially launched The Hillage, its newest residential project in Sheikh Zayed City, presenting it as one of the last prime land opportunities there.
The development emphasizes a boutique, low-density community focused on privacy, exclusivity, and quality of life, with total investments surpassing EGP 15bn.

The 100-feddans project allocates about 86% of its space to green areas and pedestrian-friendly zones, fostering a car-free setting for resident comfort. Its master plan features a stepped natural landscape for panoramic views across units, alongside direct access to the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road.

The Hillage will offer around 1,000 units, including standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, serviced apartments, and residential buildings. Amenities include a central commercial district for retail and services, plus a fully equipped sports and social club at the community's heart.

"Madaar aims to deliver a differentiated residential destination that prioritizes lifestyle quality and long-term value, reinforcing the company’s position in Egypt’s real estate market," said Ahmed Ehab, CEO of Madaar Developments.

Founded in 2015 as part of SUNRISE Resorts & Hotels, Madaar has a portfolio featuring Azha Ain Sokhna and Azha Ras El Hekma. The launch supports its expansion in West Cairo and the North Coast, with more projects planned this year.
