Jacob Misiorowski has taken the top spot in MLB.com’s sixth Starting Pitcher Power Rankings of 2026. The Brewers right-hander earned the No. 1 position after a dominant performance last week. Four new pitchers also entered the list.
Misiorowski tossed a 15-strikeout Maddux against the Phillies on Friday in Milwaukee. His fastball reached 104.5 mph during the outing, and he has struck out 39.8 percent of batters faced this season.
Cristopher Sánchez of the Phillies fell to second after allowing four earned runs in 5 2/3 innings on Sunday. Sánchez still leads all qualifiers with 99 innings pitched and a 1.82 ERA.
Cam Schlittler of the Yankees holds third place with a 1.82 ERA through 15 starts. Shohei Ohtani ranks fourth for the Dodgers, while Yoshinobu Yamamoto enters at fifth after a near-perfect start against the White Sox on Saturday.
The rankings are based on votes from a panel of MLB.com experts and reflect stats through Tuesday.
