A 45-year-old man was hit by a MOVE bus on Rua Peçanha in Belo Horizonte on Thursday after he stopped his motorcycle in an area prohibited by the city hall.
The incident occurred near the intersection with Avenida Nossa Senhora de Fátima in the Carlos Prates neighborhood. Social media images show the line 68 bus dragging the man and his motorcycle.
The BHTrans stated that parking is banned in the stretch to ensure space for bus turns. Company and military police teams responded to the scene.
The man was treated by SAMU and taken to a hospital. His health condition was not released.
