Tenth of Ramadan for Pharmaceutical Industries and Diagnostic Reagents has named Sharif Ahmed El Akhdar non-executive chairman following LVP Pharma’s investment. Two additional board members joined at the same time.
The appointments were approved at a board meeting on 1 June 2026. LVP Pharma, the investment vehicle of LimeVest, holds an approximately 23.15 percent stake in Rameda. El Akhdar is founder and chairman of LimeVest. He said he is honoured to lead the company at a pivotal point and plans to accelerate growth and regional expansion. The board now has 13 members. Outgoing chairman Ayman Abbas will remain as a non-executive director. Dalia El Shal and Ahmed Abou Hendia were also added as non-executive directors representing LVP Pharma.
