Raymond Weil launches three new Millesime small seconds watches

Raymond Weil has introduced three new variations of its Millesime Small Seconds timepiece, featuring tuxedo dials in distinct color combinations. These models build on the original, which won the GPHG 2023 Challenge Watch Prize. The watches maintain the same case dimensions and movement as previous versions.

The Raymond Weil Millesime Automatic Small Seconds first gained recognition three years ago when it received the GPHG 2023 Challenge Watch Prize. Since then, several variations have been released, each preserving the model's appeal. The latest additions are three new Millesime Small Seconds watches with tuxedo dials, available in red grape with light gray hour ring (reference 2930-ST-05450), midnight blue with black hour sector (reference 2930-ST-05502), and white-and-black (reference 2930-ST-05642).

All three models feature a 39.5 × 46.3mm stainless steel case with short lugs and a thickness of 10.25mm, designed to fit comfortably on the wrist. The bezel has a vertically brushed satin finish contrasting with a polished, beveled edge. Inside, the self-winding caliber RW4251, based on the Sellita SW261-1, operates at 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) with a 38-hour power reserve. The watches are water resistant to 50 meters.

The tuxedo dials draw from Art Deco aesthetics, with sector designs that alternate light and dark zones for improved legibility. Tapered silver-tone hands with Super-LumiNova ensure readability in low light. The dials include a smooth hour track, concentrically grained minute track, and vertically brushed central area intersected by crosshairs and a V-shaped groove. An opaline sub-seconds register at 6 o'clock is framed by a recessed ring.

Each watch comes with an interchangeable calfskin leather strap or a stainless steel five-row bracelet. Pricing starts at €2,250 (US$2,295) for the leather strap version and €2,375 (US$2,425) for the bracelet option.
