Tom Grennan is approaching one year sober and insists the move has transformed everything. The 31-year-old singer told The Sun he can still party hard without the morning regrets.
In a chat with The Sun’s Bizarre column, Grennan spilled that he is “coming up to a year sober now and it’s changed my life.” He stressed he still plans to hit the VIP bar, just without the sore head the next day.
The star also opened up about stepping back from the gym after his Men’s Health cover last autumn, admitting he went into “hibernation mode” with a beard and plenty of junk food. He added he felt “a little bit lost” with his music until he returned to playing live and rediscovered the fun.
Fatherhood has brought its own challenges. Grennan married Danniella in May 2024 and welcomed a baby girl last year. He said being on the road is tough but FaceTime smiles from his daughter keep him lifted.
So… has the new sober chapter locked in a fresh era for Grennan, or is this just the first lap?
