Ángel Botto Oakley, former president of the ANFP Discipline Tribunal, died on Monday at age 77 in a Viña del Mar clinic. The lawyer, a lifelong Santiago Wanderers fan, had been battling respiratory issues for two months. His death brings sorrow to Chilean football.
