4A Games and Deep Silver confirmed Metro 2039 on Xbox News Wire. The announcement follows a leak last week predicting the reveal. The developers and publisher are partnering with Xbox for the event, which begins at 6pm UK time, or 10am PST and 1pm EST on April 16th. An official post stated, 'Xbox has always been a home for the franchise, and we’re honored to continue that relationship by bringing you a first look at this next exciting chapter.'
