Gold sales transactions are subject to tax under PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017 for all denominations from 1 gram to 1,000 grams. For reselling to Antam with a value over Rp10 million, Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 applies at 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP. This deduction is directly subtracted from the buyback value.
