Brazil took the lead in the first minute through Vini Jr., but Panama equalized from a free kick. Shortly after, the crowd began chanting the name of the number 10.
Neymar has not played for the national team since October 2023. He is recovering from a grade 2 calf injury and remains at Santos, where he featured in 15 matches in 2026, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
