Chess.com announced the launch of live chess ratings and rankings on its platform. Users can now monitor every FIDE rating change as it happens during tournaments.
Magnus Carlsen lost 18 rating points in the latest FIDE list but remains the world's number one player and the only one above 2800. The July 2026 ratings reflect results from Norway Chess and the UzChess Cup.
