Cubs call up prospect Pedro Ramírez after placing Matt Shaw on injured list

The Chicago Cubs promoted infield prospect Pedro Ramírez from Triple-A Iowa on the same day they placed infielder Matt Shaw on the 10-day injured list with back tightness.
