Delivery of housing subsidies to 196 families in Neiva

The Huila Governorate, Neiva City Hall, and León Aguilera Constructor delivered housing subsidy resolutions to 196 Neiva families. This event marks a key step toward homeownership for the beneficiaries. Participants were able to learn firsthand about the project's progress.

In a significant act, the Huila Governorate, represented by Governor Rodrigo Villalba, along with Neiva City Hall, led by Mayor German Casagua, and León Aguilera Constructor, carried out the official delivery of Housing Subsidy Resolutions. This project directly benefits 196 Neiva families, providing them a decisive step toward acquiring their own home.

During the ceremony, beneficiaries received the subsidies included in the housing project. The event allowed families to learn firsthand about the progress of the ongoing construction. Among those present were Edwin Gómez, project manager at León Aguilera; Engineer Ricardo Andrés León; Marwin Victoria, Neiva Housing Secretary; Lina María Escobar, financial director at León Aguilera; and Luis Fernando Valdivieso. Additionally, Fonvihuila officials were present to support the initiative.

Workers from León Aguilera Constructor also participated in the delivery, highlighting the joint commitment of the involved entities to improve housing conditions in the region. This action reflects local efforts to promote equitable access to housing in Neiva, capital of Huila.
