Demi Moore appeared at Milan Fashion Week with a striking new chin-length bob haircut for Demna's debut Gucci Fall/Winter 2026 collection. The 63-year-old actress paired the wet-textured style with an all-leather outfit and her Chihuahua, Pilaf. The transformation marks another chapter in her history of bold hair changes.
On February 27, 2026, Demi Moore attended the Gucci Fall/Winter 2026 fashion show at Palazzo Delle Scintille in Milan, Italy, showcasing a major hair transformation. Her hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos, crafted a dark chin-length bob with a swept-over side part and tousled ends, creating a wet-look shine. This style is 22 inches shorter than Moore's signature waist-skimming, raven-colored locks, which she has maintained for over a decade.
Giannetos explained his approach: “I wanted to give Demi Moore a major transformation for the first show of Demna at Gucci. I wanted to highlight Demi’s beautiful personality through the hair…iconic, fabulous, edgy, but at the same time, effortless.” Moore complemented the haircut with an outfit from Gucci's pre-fall 2026 collection, including a second-skin black leather zip-up jacket, tight matching pants with ankle slits, and black pointed-toe Donna pumps featuring a 4.3-inch stiletto heel and gold-toned Horsebit hardware. The pumps retail for $1,220 and are made from black smooth napa leather. She accessorized with shield sunglasses, a classic black bag, and carried her micro-Chihuahua, Pilaf.
Moore has a history of experimenting with her hair for roles and appearances. In the film Ghost, she sported a pixie cut; in G.I. Jane, a buzz cut; and she wore bangs in October 2025 for Gucci’s short movie The Tiger, inspired by her 1996 film Striptease. She posted on Instagram: “Bangs — now and then. Thank you @gucci for letting me bring back the fringe for the first time since the Striptease days!” More recently, she added loose curls to a bob for her role in the Paramount+ drama Landman.
In a January interview with People, Moore reflected on her hair versatility: "I like leaving room to play," noting that her hair "has lived many lives." She added, “It feels most like me... Being able to change my look with wigs and pieces feeds my need for change, but at the end of the day, I love taking it down, seeing my hair fall past my waist. It’s like coming home.” Moore shares daughters Rumer Willis, 37; Scout LaRue Willis, 34; and Tallulah Willis, 32; with ex-husband Bruce Willis.
