The US dollar closed slightly higher on July 28, 2026 in Colombia, hitting a low of $3.182,10 during the session. The TRM stood at $3.205,80, while exchange houses sold at an average of $3.353.
The currency closed at $3.205,83, up $0.03 from the TRM. There were 2.251 transactions for US$1.283 million.
At exchange houses, the average sale price exceeded the TRM by $148. Banco Unión offered the most expensive dollar at $3.510, while Surcambios sold it at $3.290, the lowest.
For purchases, the average was $3.239, $33 above the TRM. Latin Cambios and Cambios Kapital led with $3.300.
Economist David Cubides of Banco de Occidente noted that the dollar is not expected to break the $3.000 barrier and estimated levels near $3.400 by year end.
