Berlin-based fuzz-rock duo Earth Tongue has revealed plans for a homecoming tour in New Zealand next year, coinciding with the release of their third album. The tour kicks off on February 13, 2026, aligning with the launch of Dungeon Vision via In the Red Records. The band refined the record in Berlin before finalizing it in Los Angeles with producer Ty Segall.

Earth Tongue's upcoming album, Dungeon Vision, marks their third full-length release following the critically acclaimed Great Haunting. The duo—guitarist Gussie Larkin and drummer Ezra Simons—spent the Berlin winter of 2025 crafting the 12-track record in a self-described 'windowless cave' rehearsal space. They then traveled to Los Angeles to record and mix it in just ten days at Altamira Sound, collaborating with garage rock veteran Ty Segall.
'Ty’s been a big driving force,' Simons said. 'We supported him in New Zealand back in 2023, and he’s backed us ever since even bringing us on tour through Europe and the UK in 2024.' The album's title track and latest single, 'Dungeon Vision,' was the first song written for the project, accompanied by a newly released music video.
Great Haunting earned praise for its 'unrelenting racket' and secured Earth Tongue opening slots for acts like Ty Segall and Queens of the Stone Age, building a strong following in Europe and New Zealand.
Tour Information
The tour, presented by Under the Radar and 95bfm, will visit six cities: Kerikeri, Auckland, Hamilton, Dunedin, Christchurch, and Wellington. It begins with the album release show on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Turner Centre in Kerikeri. Full dates and tickets are available at earthtongue.co.nz.
