Country artists Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen have unveiled their new collaboration, 'I Can't Love You Anymore.' The track debuted live at Wallen's concert in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on April 18. Langley wrote the song, which Wallen praised during the performance.
Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen dropped their duet 'I Can't Love You Anymore' on Thursday. The lovelorn track features Langley opening the verses, with Wallen joining on the chorus. It marks a fresh pairing in country music, following their onstage chemistry earlier this month. Wallen first showcased the song at his Still the Problem tour stop in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on April 18. From the stage, he shared with the crowd, 'Ella wrote this song and sent it to me about a month ago and I loved it,' according to Billboard. The live debut highlighted their vocal harmony on lines like 'I can’t love you anymore / Can’t keep chasing you around in the back of my mind / I can’t need you anymore / I’m sitting in this bed with your ghost every night.' Langley had hinted at the release in her recent 'Choosin’ Texas' music video. After a breakup scene with Luke Grimes, her character rides off with Miranda Lambert, whose truck bears the license plate 'ICLYA'—a nod to the duet's title. Looking ahead, Langley made her Stagecoach debut on April 24 and is booked for CMA Fest at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium from June 4 to 7. She will join Wallen in stadium shows this spring and summer, hit festivals in California and Kentucky, and launch her headlining Dandelion tour in May to support her new album.
